Resin grinding wheels are grinding and cutting tools using resin as a binder. Based on the type of abrasive and product form, their main applications are categorized as follows:

1. Ordinary Resin Grinding Wheels (Brown/White Corundum Abrasive)

Roughing and Grinding Scenarios: Used for deburring castings, rough grinding of steel ingots, cutting and grinding of metal workpieces, and free grinding operations in the steel and building materials industries.

Ultra-thin Cutting Wheel Scenarios: Suitable for cutting stainless steel plates, grinding and cutting for railway rail maintenance, and metal processing cutting in mining equipment repair. They can be used with angle grinders and other tools for efficient cutting.

2. Superhard Resin Grinding Wheels (Diamond/CBN Abrasive)

Precision Machining of Hard and Brittle Materials: Specifically used for sharpening carbide tools, precision grinding of carbide molds, and fine grinding, semi-fine grinding, and polishing of hard and brittle materials such as ceramics, optical glass, semiconductor materials, and jade.

Specialty Material Grinding: Ideal grinding tools for ultra-heat resistant stainless steel, high-speed steel, cermets, and new superhard materials. Often used in conjunction with CBN wheels to process high-hardness alloys.

High-End Manufacturing: Widely used in precision grinding of automotive parts, aerospace components, semiconductor chips, and optical components. Some high-end products are also used for grinding operations in engineering scenarios such as bridge welds.

3. Applications of Custom-Made Grinding Wheels:

Leveraging the easy molding properties of resin, complex-shaped, ultra-thin, or high-speed grinding wheels (working speed > 50m/s) can be manufactured to meet the special process requirements of heavy-duty grinding, double-end face machining, and high-gloss polishing. Suitable for multiple industrial fields such as automotive manufacturing, shipbuilding, and steel.
